New Life Christian Center is a Bible based Ministry founded by Apostles Bruce and Jandra Payne. New life is the results of a transformation of Greater Victory Ministries and was incorporated in 2012. Apostles Bruce and Jandra Payne have planted or assisted in the planting of several churches in the US. With affiliate ministers in the Bahamas, Florida, and North Carolina. Today they carry the vision of New Life into their assignment of building, training, and releasing ministry leaders.
