Dr. Stephanie Williams is a native of Miami Florida. She is the eldest daughter of
Apostle Bruce & Apostle Jandra Payne. Dr. Williams was educated through the Miami-
Dade County Public Schools system and graduated in 1993 from Miami Norland Senior
High. In 2007, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
English from Florida Memorial University. In 2013, she obtained a Master of Science
degree in Education specializing in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from
Walden University. She recently earned a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership
from National University. After transitioning as an educator from Miami-Dade County
Public Schools, Dr. Williams now serves as an Academic
Support Teacher and Curriculum Leader for Broward County Public Schools. She
enjoys educating God’s people both naturally and spiritually.
Dr. Williams preached her first sermon within her father’s ministry at the young age
of 10. Since then, she has served in many capacities within the Body of Christ. She has
faithfully served in her local church as Youth President, Praise Team Leader, Choir
Director, Sunday School Teacher and Associate Minister of New Life Christian Center,
Inc. under the leadership of Apostle Bruce and Apostle Jandra Payne. She also serves
as the Youth President of Florida Southeast Ecclesiastical Fellowship under the
leadership of Bishop Marc Cooper and AIM Chairman Pastor Leo Stoney. In 2020, GOD
blessed Dr. Williams with someone to do life and ministry with, she became the proud
wife of Min. Terrance Williams. Dr. Stephanie Williams is a woman after God’s own
heart. She is anointed to share God’s Good News!.
